Terms and conditions
These terms describe the rules for using Smashark and the responsibilities shared by tournament organizers and players.
Using Smashark
You may use Smashark only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Club and player accounts
Club organizers are responsible for tournament information, eligibility rules, schedules, registrations, results, and communications they publish. Players are responsible for providing accurate registration information and following tournament rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not use Smashark to impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not automate access in a way that harms the service or other users.
Tournament payments
Smashark currently allows clubs to share their own third-party payment or checkout links. Smashark does not receive, hold, verify, refund, or settle those payments. Clubs are responsible for confirming payment status and resolving payment disputes with players and their payment provider.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Smashark permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights required to submit the content.
Service availability
We work to keep Smashark dependable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued as the product develops.
Suspension and account deletion
You may request account deletion from your profile. Smashark may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, maintain service integrity, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Tournament organizers, players, venues, and payment providers are independent from Smashark. Smashark is not responsible for tournament cancellations, eligibility decisions, injuries, organizer conduct, or third-party payment outcomes. The service is provided without guarantees beyond those required by law.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as Smashark changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms. Contact Smashark through the feedback channel in the application with questions.
